As a native resident of Louisiana, Katie was excited to join our team in 2020. After being promoted to Office Manager of our Lake Charles agency, she enjoys working closely with customers and checking the satisfaction of customers with their policies. She also assists with management of our office’s daily operations, working with the team to meet customer’s needs, and as a link between customers and their claims process. Katie received her bachelors degree in Business Education from Nicholls State University. When she’s not in the office, Katie enjoys spending time with her son, do-it-yourself projects, attending church, and playing games.
